All changes to your lot or structure require an Architectural Change Request.

 

Submit a complete set of plans on the form including what is being done, who is doing the work, drawings or renderings of the proposal, the time frame needed for the project, materials, colors, and all specifications of the project. More details make it easier for the Board to review the project.

Plan early, the Board has up to 21 days to review an ARC submission. Please don't submit an ARC form on a holiday weekend and expect immediate approval.

 

Approvals for projects are good for 60 days, so if the project needs an extension, please let us know.

All approvals are reviewed and made on a case by case.
